Bill, who lives in both Ontario and Florida, has written over 1,500 boating tests and articles, published in several national magazines. He is very active in the world of boating, having raced in Sportscraft, River and Offshore divisions, culminating in a World Championship. Bill is a certified race referee, a NASBLA award winner and a Hall of Fame inductee. His love of boating has found him as a boat stunt driver for several movies, as well as cruising extensively. As a pilot, he does volunteer S&R flights for the Coast Guard. He is also the current CEO of the Power Boating Academy and a certified captain.
