Regal Launches Midsize 34 XO With Expansive Cockpit and Fold-Down Terraces

Regal Boats has launched the all-new 34 XO for 2027, marking a new midsize entry into its popular its express cruiser (XO) lineup.
The all-new outboard-powered cruiser will combine convertible cockpit spaces, dual fold-down terrace doors, and overnight accommodations into a versatile midsize platform for dayboaters and light overnighters. The 34 XO will carry an LOA of 35'3" with a 10'11" beam.
Design-wise, the 34 XO will feature Regal’s well-known OceanTrac2 hull design with 21 degrees of deadrise. It will carry a dry weight of 16,000 pounds with a 284-gallon (1075 liter) fuel capacity and a 50-gallon (189 liter) freshwater tank.
The 34 XO’s defining feature is a pair of electrically operated Terrace Doors which lower on either side of the cockpit to expand the usable space and improve access to the water. Integrated boarding steps and dive doors provide additional access at the stern.
The cockpit can be configured for entertaining, cruising, or fishing. Seating layouts include an L-shaped lounge, spacious bow seating, and a convertible transom arrangement with an integrated livewell. An available UltraLounge features a multi-position backrest as an upgrade.
Below deck, accommodations include a king-size aft berth, a convertible forward settee, a dedicated vanity, and an enclosed head with a full-standing-room shower.
At the helm, dual 16" displays provide access to Garmin navigation, digital switching, and entertainment systems. Other standout tech features include joystick control with an integrated bow thruster, RGBW lighting, and a retractable PowerShade extending from the hardtop over the aft cockpit.
Regal’s introduction of the 34 XO follows several recent additions and upgrades to its model range. Earlier this year, the Orlando, Florida-based company unveiled the 34 SAV (Sport Activity Vessel), expanding its new crossover lineup with a model combining cruising, fishing, entertaining, and overnight accommodations. The launch followed Regal’s introduction of the earlier LX43 in 2025, a larger model incorporating features from its SAV series into an enclosed-hardtop platform.
Regal also made mades with the fullsize 50 SAV, its 50-foot flagship in its newest Sport Activity Vessel lineup. The model features dual terrace doors like the new 34 XO, as well as Seakeeper 6 stabilization, FLIR night vision technology, and a helm with triple 22" displays.
The new 34 XO will bring the popular fold-down terrace concept into a more maneuverable midsize multi-purpose platform, giving owners a versatile outboard-powered express cruiser that will work for day trips, extended adventures, and even long-distance cruising.
The boat will make its public debut at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show running Oct 28-Nov 1, 2026.
