Princecraft Boats has been awarded the prestigious NMMA Innovation Award in the "Pontoon" category at the 2025 Minneapolis Boat Show.
This award was given for the company’s groundbreaking new model, the Vogue 25 RL, which made its debut at the show earlier this month.

The Vogue 25 RL, part of the Quebec company's luxury-focused Vogue series, utilizes a unique manufacturing process to craft acrylic body components that offer both a unique look and impressive strength and durability.
“We are incredibly honored to receive Princecraft’s first-ever Innovation Award,” said Rodier Grondin, President of Princecraft Boats, in a press release.
When reached for comment, Jean-Philippe Martin-Dubois, Director of Marketing at Princecraft, told BoatBlurb: "We are pleased to have won this amazing award. The team is thrilled to continue developing along this new product construction but also the technology aspect integrated in this brand new Vogue RL."
“The Vogue 25 RL brings a fresh, modern style to the water, blending advanced technology, superior craftsmanship, and exceptional value," added Grondin. "This boat is unlike anything we’ve ever brought to market, and we are proud of our team’s hard work and dedication. This award is a testament to their effort, and we look forward to welcoming more boaters to the Princecraft family through the Vogue series.”
Launched in October 2024, the Vogue 25 RL offers a premium boating experience centred around a durable thermoplastic ABS exterior with a sleek laminated acrylic finish. Other standout features include dynamic RGB lighting and a state-of-the-art digital control system. Additional features include an all-new wakeboard tower, an optional 15-inch Simrad Ultrawide display (with a 9" display as standard), and a Hertz sound system.
“The Princecraft Vogue 25 RL introduces new contoured side panels with a dual-skin design formed of smooth acrylic that is backed by an ABS structure," said innovation award judge Chris Plueddeman. "This material offers an outstanding finish and the opportunity to form complex shapes, is very durable and is lighter than fiberglass. It is the first time this construction has been featured in marine."
The Innovation Awards program, organized by NMMA and judged by Boating Writers International (BWI), honors manufacturers and suppliers who bring new, innovative products for the boating industry to market. The award acknowledges products that best meet criteria including innovative distinction from other products currently being manufactured, benefit to the marine industry and/or consumer, practicality, and cost-effectiveness. The judging committee is comprised of BWI members who perform product testing throughout the year and have expertise in marine products.
