Lund Boats has introduced the all-new 2027 HG Pro Series, expanding upon its heavy-gauge aluminum lineup with two full-size models designed for big water and heavy weather.

The announcement marks the third new product in a week for the Brunswick-owned brand.

The new HG Pro Series will consist of the 220 HG Pro and 240 HG Pro. Both models will combine heavy-gauge aluminum construction with an enclosed Pro hardtop cabin, large fuel capacity, and fishing-focused layouts. The 220 is rated for up to 300 horsepower while the 240 is rated up to 350 horsepower.

According to the company, the HG Pro was developed for long runs, rough water, and unpredictable weather. The hardtop cabin provides protection from wind, rain and cold, while an available Alaskan bulkhead and door can create a fully enclosed cabin for fishing in colder conditions.

The HG Pro series models will use .250-inch aluminum for the hull and transom and feature wood-free construction throughout. Other perks include extensive cockpit, cabin, rod and gear storage, along with a 52-inch insulated recirculating livewell with pump-out capability.

Both models will be equipped with a 100-gallon fuel tank, giving the boats additional range for longer adventures. An auxiliary steering station is also available for trolling, docking, and maneuvering from a secondary position.

Despite their size, Lund says both models can be trailered without special permits.

“Lund’s heavy gauge lineup represents an important expansion for anglers who fish some of the largest and most challenging waters in North America,” said Brian Hines, President of Lund Boats.

“The HG Pro is designed to deliver the protection, durability and fishability these anglers need, while staying true to the quality, craftsmanship and ownership experience people expect from Lund. The result is a boat that helps anglers stay comfortable and focused, making the most of every moment on the water.”

The 2027 HG Pro models will build on Lund's Heavy Gauge Series first announced in 2025. That original lineup consisted of the HG 185, HG 200, and HG 210, with the same heavy-gauge aluminum construction and fishing-focused layouts. The original lineup also included optional hardtop configurations.

The new 220 HG Pro and 240 HG Pro move the series into larger 22- and 24-foot platforms while adding the enclosed Pro hardtop, 100-gallon fuel capacity, and increased passenger capacity.

The HG Pro is the latest in a series of 2027 announcements from Lund in the last week. Earlier, the company introduced its redesigned 2027 Adventure Series, consisting of the 1700 Adventure and 1800 Adventure in Side-Steer and Sport configurations. The new boats feature a 93-inch beam, wood-free construction, expanded storage, updated helm technology, and an all-around layout intended for fishing, cruising, watersports and family recreation.

Lund also unveiled its 2027 Tyee lineup, adding the new 2275 Tyee flagship alongside the 1875, 1975, and 2075 models. The updated Tyee series will receive new exterior styling, new console layouts, expanded storage, and a standard 7-inch digital dash. The 2275 flagship will replace the longstanding Baron nameplate in Lund's premium Deep-V portfolio.

The 2027 HG Pro Series is already available from dealers with starting MSRPs of $114,727 USD for the 220 HG Pro and $122,100 USD for the 240 HG Pro, respectively.
