Sea-Doo is adding more horsepower, expanding touchscreen availability, and introducing new rider-focused features across its 2027 personal watercraft and Switch pontoon lineups.
The BRP-owned brand announced the 2027 lineup with a full media package, including the launch of an all-new 350 hp version of its Rotax 1630 ACE engine, an all-new Spark X model, and a limited-edition RXP-X Senna 350 created in partnership with Senna Brand.
"From our most powerful PWC lineup to date to the fun-loving, easy-to-ride character of the Spark and unmatched versatility of the Switch pontoon, we continue to shape how people experience life on the water," said James Heintz, Director, Global Product Strategy, Sea-Doo & Vehicle Connectivity at BRP, in a press release.
"Whether riders are chasing adrenaline, learning new tricks, exploring with family and friends, or simply enjoying a day on the water, our lineup delivers more ways than ever to get out, have fun and ride."
RXP-X Senna 350 Leads the Performance Lineup

The biggest announcement in the 2027 PWC lineup is the limited-edition Sea-Doo RXP-X Senna 350, which pays tribute to Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna. The model uses the new Rotax 1630 ACE engine pushing an impressive 350 hp, making it Sea-Doo's most powerful factory-produced personal watercraft engine to date.

The Senna model also includes design elements associated with the famed Brazilian driver, including his signature and a Brazilian-inspired color scheme. Sea-Doo says the model will be offered for a limited time and will only produce 1991 units - the number honouring the year of Ayrton Senna's last World Championship title. Each model will also feature the numbers '88, '90,' and '91 representing the three years Senna won an F1 title.
The new 350-hp engine will also be available on the GTX Limited, RXT-X, and RXP-X platforms. The jump in power will build on Sea-Doo's use of the increasingly popular Rotax 1630 ACE platform, which has been introduced in higher-output models in recent years, and will now become more widely available across the Sea-Doo lineup.
Spark X Gets 110 HP

Sea-Doo is also expanding the popular Spark family with the new Spark X and Spark X Trixx.
Both models will receive the new Rotax 1000 ACE engine producing 110 hp. The new 110-hp version will increase the Spark X's top speed by 15 percent while also improving its power-to-weight ratio.
The Spark X will come with Sea-Doo's Intelligent Debris Free (iDF) pump system, which allows riders to clear debris from the pump using handlebar-mounted controls. Standard equipment on the X model also includes a speed regulator, boarding step, BRP Audio-Portable System, and a color-matched deck.
The 2027 Spark X is available in two-rider and three-rider configurations. As a popular entry level PWC with appeal across the spectrum, Sea-Doo's Canadian website lists starting prices at $13,599 Cdn for the Spark X two-seater and $14,299 Cdn for the Spark X three-seater, not including taxes, transportation, and preparation fees.
Touchscreen Technology Expands
Sea-Doo is also continuing the rollout of its 10.25" touchscreen display, which debuted on the 2025 GTX Limited 325 and was expanded across more models for 2026.
For 2027, the display will become available on the GTX and GTR-X, adding those models to the growing number of PWCs equipped with the larger screen. The system provides access to vehicle information, navigation, and connectivity functions.
The touchscreen expansion is also part of Sea-Doo's broader 2026 technology updates. In 2026 model year units, the display became standard on the RXT-X, FishPro Trophy, Wake Pro and Explorer Pro, while remaining available as an option on the RXP-X.
Switch Marks Five Years

The 2027 model year also marks five years since Sea-Doo introduced the Switch pontoon platform.
For 2027, the 10.25" display will be available on all Switch models equipped with 230 hp and 300 hp engines. Switch Sport models will receive rear corner doors, while the Switch Cruise with Tech Package and Switch Cruise Limited 18-foot model will offer a factory-installed double-bimini option.
All 230 hp Switch models will also receive a larger 176-liter (46.5 gal) fuel tank. Across the Switch lineup, Sea-Doo is also adding an updated automatic bilge pump designed to detect and remove excess water from the engine bay.

Since its launch in 2020, the Switch has received annual updates. For 2026, Sea-Doo added the 300 hp Rotax 1630 ACE to select 18- and 21-foot models, along with the larger fuel tank, tilting handlebars, and additional touchscreen functionality. The company also introduced the Switch Fish Compact 170 for 2026.
The previous model year also saw Sea-Doo expand its fishing-focused offerings. For 2025, the company introduced the FishPro Apex and Switch Fish, with the FishPro Apex receiving a 300-hp Rotax 1630 ACE, Garmin fish-finder technology, a modular swivel seat, LinQ cooler with livewell and washdown, seven rod holders and other fishing-specific equipment.
