One of Canada's leading boutique brokerages has partnered with one of Ontario's most impressive resorts on Lake Simcoe.
Pfaff Marine, a division of Pfaff Automotive Partners who specialize in high-end automobiles and powersports based out of Woodbridge, Ontario, will be the brokerage partner for Friday Harbour Resort in Innisfil, Ontario.
Pfaff Marine will assume the role of on-site partner for boat brokerage and consignment boat sales at the resort for the 2024 season.

Boaters can visit Pfaff's brokerage listings from anywhere but will also enjoy on-site customer service directly at Friday Harbour.
The resort, located on Lake Simcoe, just north of Toronto, is one of Ontario's burgeoning hubs that combines the unique boating provided by the lake with high-end resort amenities. The facility offers full marina amenities, a hotel, a golf course, multiple restaurants, a clubhouse, a beach club, retail stores, and their own private pier. The property also has two condo buildings named after yachts -- The Ferreti Town, and the Sunkseeker Condo.
It also has the distinction of being the largest inland marina in North America with over 1000 boat slips and over four kilometres (2.5 miles) of internal shoreline that creates a unique experience for users.
