UAE-based company Foiler has revealed the world’s first 92-foot (28 m) private hydrofoiling yacht. The radical concept boat was unveiled at the recent Abu Dhabi International Boat Show.
The groundbreaking concept, dubbed Ghost thanks to its silent design and dark aesthetic, was developed in collaboration with Bozca Design and shipbuilder ENATA. The hull and frame are made from advanced carbon fibre and titanium, making the vessel ultra lightweight yet extraordinarily strong. ENATA supplied their proprietary foiling system to the project, which is a refined version of the technology first developed on Foiler’s earlier model, the Spirit.
Foiler has remained at the forefront of the hydrofoil game in recent years, thanks in part to a large media following and several cutting-edge designs. Their Wingman Gen 2 design in 2023 was one of the first carbon fiber hydrofoils to reach production and mainstream status, with the likes of popular automotive personality Supercar Blondie testing it out in Dubai.
But while Foiler's earlier designs have hovered in the 32-foot range, The massive length of Ghost isn't her only bigger spec, considering her beam balloons from 26 feet (8 m) at rest to nearly 65 feet (20 m) when her wings are deployed.-- lifting Ghost approximately 6'6" ( 2 m) above the water’s surface while underway.

While foiling, Ghost is designed to cruise comfortably at 30–35 knots (34-40 mph), with a projected top speed of over 40 knots (46 mph).
According to ENATA CEO Alois Vieujot, “At 40 knots, passengers can move freely, speak in hushed tones, and enjoy a completely smooth, stable ride, something unimaginable on a conventional yacht. Ghost takes this comfort and serenity to a whole new scale,”
Inside, Ghost offers more than 1990 square feet (185 sq m) of living space, with 1430 sq ft (133 sq m) of interior social area (not including the cabins), plus another 560 sq ft (52 sq m) outdoor deck which includes an aft beach club with direct access to the water. Depending on how the vessel is configured for the owner's needs, there is room for between three to five cabins of additional sleeping and living space.

Because of its large hydrofoil design, in which most of the vessel's foiling mechanicals reside outside the hull frame, Ghost offers massive floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the superstructure, flooding the interior with natural light and offering 360-degree views of the water. To maintain the yacht’s streamlined silhouette, a hidden crane system is integrated within the hull frame, allowing quick deployment of a jetski or tender without disrupting the design. In matching with today's superyacht trends, the interior embraces contemporary minimalism — premium materials, simple forms, and soft contours that contrast with the sharpness of her mechanical exterior. Even as a massive hydrofoil piloting the Ghost is surprisingly intuitive. Foiler’s unique captain seats and joystick setup allow the captain to steer the vessel with ease.

According to Bozca Design’s head, Timur Bozca, every design decision aboard Ghost is intentional. “There are no decorative elements — only forms that serve performance, reliability, and clarity,” he explained. For Bozca, Ghost is more than a yacht; it’s a “high-performance platform shaped by architecture, precision engineering, and a philosophy of purposeful design.”
Foiler plans to offer Ghost as a serial-production yet semi-customizable yacht with construction expected to begin within the next 12 to 18 months. They expect the first unit to launch in 2029.
